CoMet is the ultimate metronome app for practicing musicians. The MyMusic scanner allows for the user to store tempo changing information in the app and apply that information to the metronome itself. With a count off for the musician CoMet allows practice of tempo changing pieces without the hassle of stopping and starting the metronome to change it manually. With our Band feature, groups can practice these pieces together with one controlled metronome and can download music from each other to practice on their own.
Problem Statement
Practicing musicians have a need for a metronome that can automatically change tempos so they can practice more pieces that have tempo changes.
Goal
CoMet aims to allow musicians to practice songs that have changing tempos using a metronome without having to deal with the hassle of stopping and starting the metronome in the middle of the song to change the tempos speed.

Results
CoMet has the ability to scan music and read where tempo changes happen. This allows it to bring this information into the metronome and switch tempo at the same time that it does in the music, giving the musician a count off before starting to keep in time. It also has a feature that allows multiple people to see the same metronome being controlled by one person so a group can practice together. The CoMet app can also be connected to a separately bought PulseBand that allows the musician to feel the pulse of the metronome and works with the group feature.
